What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 22 September 1914 made between (1) Pauline Isabella Archer and others and (2) Joseph Graham Harrison and Mary Ann Harrison contains the following covenants:-
COVENANT by the Purchasers (the said Mary Ann Harrison covenanting so as to bind her separate estate) with the Vendors
THAT all buildings which shall be erected upon the said close piece or parcel of land hereby conveyed by the Purchasers or their successors in title shall be erected in accordance with plans and elevations and sections to be first submitted to and approved of in writing by the Vendors or their heirs executors administrators or assigns or their Surveyor.
THAT the Purchasers or their successors in title shall not carry on on the said close piece or parcel of land hereby conveyed or any part thereof or in or on any building to be erected thereon any trade business or manufactory whatsoever or suffer any building to be used other than as a dwellinghouse nor shall the said close piece or parcel of land or any part thereof or any building to be erected thereon be used for any purpose which should in the opinion of the Vendors be a nuisance annoyance or detrimental to the neighbourhood but the Purchasers or their successors in title shall be entitled to erect stables to all or any of the dwellinghouses to be built on the said close of land.
