What are the restrictive covenants on the property? | A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 22 October 1929 made between (1) Joseph Sargent and Albert Fish (the Vendors) and (2) Harold Brown Kitchen (the Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendors that without the express licence in writing of the Vendors or their successors in title no trade or business of any description (except that of a Solicitor or Physician or Surgeon) shall be carried on upon any portion of the premises hereby assured nor shall the same be used for the keeping of poultry nor for any purpose which may be a nuisance or detrimental to the neighbourhood or for any other purposes whatsoever other than that of a private dwellinghouse and the adjuncts and no garage or other building of a similar character shall be erected nearer to the front palisade wall then forty feet." |
