What are the restrictive covenants on the property? | A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 5 March 1973 made between (1) George Alan Mawson and others (Vendors) and (2) Colroy Homes (North Western) Limited (Purchasers) contains the following covenants:- THE Purchaser covenants with the Vendors with the intent and so as to bind so far as practicable the property hereby conveyed into whoseosever hands the same may come and to benefit and protect the adjoining or neighbouring property now or formerly belonging to the Vendors or any part thereof but not so as to render themselves liable for any breach of covenant committed after they shall have parted with all interest in the said property that they the Purchasers and their successors in title will at all times hereafter observe and perform the stipulations and restrictions in relation to the property hereby conveyed as follows:- (i) No building erected on the property hereby conveyed shall be used for any purpose other than a private residence with the usual outoffices thereto and no trade or business shall be carried on thereon. (ii) No stall or booth or shed or any table board or other structure for the purpose of selling or exposing for sale goods or any kind whatsoever shall be placed or set up on any part of the property hereby conveyed by the Purchasers or the persons deriving title under them or by any person or their permission. (iii) No pigs poultry pigeons or goats shall be kept upon any part of the said property hereby conveyed.
