What are the restrictive covenants on the property? | A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 10 June 1966 made between (1) Moore Brothers (Builders) Limited (The Vendors) and (2) John Alexander Towers (The Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser to the intent that this covenant shall be binding so far as may be on the owner for the time being of the property hereby assured but upon the Purchaser only so long as he is the owner of the said property hereby covenants with the Vendors that the Purchaser and his successors in title will not use the property hereby conveyed for any trade or business of any description nor for any purpose which may cause more noise smoke direct disagreeable odours or noxious vapours than would be caused by the user of the buildings as a private dwellinghouse and that no part of the garage drive forming part of the property contracted to be sold shall be used for the housing parking or garaging of any vehicle other than a private motor car." |
