What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 21 November 1969 made between (1) Joseph Moon (Vendor) and (2) Pius A Baines & Son (Preston) Limited (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:-
"THE Purchaser for itself and its successors in title covenants with the Vendor and his successors in title for the benefit of the adjoining land of the Vendor and every part thereof that.
(a) No shop or dwellinghouse shall be built upon the land hereby conveyed of less value than Three thousand Five hundred pounds such value to be the actual cost of labour and materials and any question as to the value shall be conclusively settled by the Vendor's Surveyor.
(b) No building shall be erected without the prior consent of the Vendor or his Surveyor the Plans and specifications for which having been approved by the Vendor or his Surveyor before the actual commencement of the said work."
A Transfer of the land in this title dated 27 March 1975 made between (1) G. C. T. Construction Limited and (2) Phillip Swann and Barbara Mary Swann contains restrictive covenants.
