The Land Registry title register and title plan are the officially registered documents that together provide proof of ownership and details of the terms upon which a property is owned.

| What are the restrictive covenants on the property? | A Conveyance of the freehold estate of the land in this title and other land dated 31 March 1988 made between (1) Preston Borough Council (Vendor) and (2) Preston Abattoir Contractors Limited (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "The Purchaser so as to bind the land and premises hereby conveyed into whosoever hands the same may come hereby covenants with the Vendors and its successors in title that the Purchaser and those deriving title under it will not use the said land and premises for any other purpose than that of an Abattoir and Wholesale Butchers." By a Deed dated 11 January 1995 made between (1) Preston Borough Council and (2) Preston Abattoir Contractors Limited the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 31 March 1988 referred to above were expressed to be released. |
