What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance dated 24 December 1915 made between (1) Walter Bagot and others and (2) The Walney Housing Company Limited contains covenants but neither the original deed nor a certified copy or examined abstract thereof was produced on first registration.
A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 4 May 1935 made between (1) The Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the County Borough of Barrow-in-Furness (Corporation) and (2) J. Parkinson & Sons Limited (Company) contains the following covenants:-
"COVENANT by the Company with the Corporation that they would observe and perform the said conditions stipulations and restrictions set out in the First Schedule thereunder written
THE FIRST SCHEDULE REFERRED TO
Plans of the houses proposed to be erected on the said land and particulars of the layout of the said land were to be submitted by the Company to the Corporation for approval
Not to carry on or permit to be carried on any noisome offensive or dangerous trade or business on the said land or which might be or become a nuisance to the occupiers of adjoining lands.
