What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  The deeds and documents of title having been lost the land is subject to such restrictive covenants other than those mentioned above as may have been imposed thereon before 10 January 2000 and are still subsisting and capable of being enforced. A Conveyance of the freehold estate in land in this title and other land dated 8 March 1973 made between (1) John Gordon Whittaker (Vendor) and (2) Poplar Developments Limited (Company) contains the following covenants:- "For the benefit and protection of the vendor's remaining land in Lower Lane aforesaid and so as to bind so far as may be the piece or parcel of land hereby conveyed into whosesoever hands the same may come the Company hereby covenants with the Vendor that the Company will duly observe and perform the covenants and conditions contained in the First Schedule hereto THE FIRST SCHEDULE before referred to (1) No building shall be erected on the land hereby conveyed other than private dwellinghouses with the appropriate garages and outbuildings and when erected no dwellinghouses shall without the consent in writing of the Vendor or his Agent be converted for any other purpose and no buildings of any kind whatsoever shall be erected on the said land unless and until the plans and elevations thereof are inspected and approved in writing by the Vendor or his Agent prior to the commencement of building operations and the Company will pay a fee of Two pounds ten pence per dwellinghouse in respect of any such inspection and approval (2) No advertisement or hoarding shall be erected on any part of the said land except a reasonable sized board advertising the same for sale or to let." A Transfer of the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land dated 21 December 1999 made between (1) Walter Lawrence Homes North Limited (Transferor) and (2) Stanley Ainsworth (Transferee) contains the following covenants:- "13.1 The Transferee for itself and its successors in title and with the intent to bind the property and all persons in whom the same or any part thereof may from time to time be vested covenants with the Transferor as follows:- 13.1.1 not at any time construct or allow to be constructed on the property any building or buildings, for use as residential dwellinghouses, shops, offices, or buildings for any other commercial development purposes 13.1.2 on the occasion of the sale letting or licensing to use the whole or any part of the said property to require the Purchaser or Licensee to enter into a direct covenant with the Transferor as their successors in title and their assigns to the terms of this clause 13.1.2 on the occasion of the sale letting or licensing to use the whole or any part of the said property to require the Purchaser of licensee to enter into a direct covenant with the Transferor as their successors in title and their assigns to the terms of this clause." By a Deed dated 27 August 2010 made between (1) Walter Lawrence Homes North Limited and (2) Stanley Ainsworth the covenants contained in the Transfer dated 21 December 1999 referred to above were expressed to be released as to the land in this title.
