What are the restrictive covenants on the property? | A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 10 October 1960 made between (1) W. Harrison & Sons (Garstang) Ltd and (2) H. F. Fox & Co. (Contractors) Ltd contains the following covenants:- THE Purchaser with the intent and so as to bind (so far as practicable) the plot of land thereby conveyed into whosesoever hands the same might come and to benefit and protect the adjoining plot of land and property of the Vendor but not (in the case of a restrictive covenant so as to render itself personally liable for any breach of covenant committed after it should have parted with all interest in the property in respect of which such breach should occur) thereby covenanted with the Vendor that it the Purchaser and its successors in title would at all times thereafter observe and perform the following restrictions 1. That no building then or thereafter erected on the said plot of land should be used for any purpose which might cause a nuisance or annoyance or be noisy noisome or detrimental to the neighbourhood 2. Not to use any building then or thereafter erected on the said plot of land for the sale of ale beer wine or spirituous liquors 3. Not to keep any poultry or pigeons on the said plot of land or any part thereof. By the Conveyance dated 10 October 1960 referred to above the land in this title was with other land conveyed subject as follows:- SUBJECT as to the land cross-hatched red on the said plan attached thereto to the proviso contained in the said Conveyance dated 13th July 1960 and more particularly set out in the First Schedule thereto. 2. WITH the object and intent of affording to the Vendor a full and sufficient indemnity but not further or otherwise the Purchaser thereby covenanted with the Vendor that it and its successors in title would duly observe and perform the said proviso contained in the said Conveyance dated 13th July 1960 and for indemnity. THE FIRST SCHEDULE BEFORE REFERRED TO Copy of Proviso contained in the said Conveyance dated 13th July 1960 "PROVIDED that so long as the premises thereby conveyed were used for the storage of petroleum products the Vendors would not permit any such adjoining or neighbouring premises belonging to them and within a distance of 100 feet of the boundaries of the premises thereby conveyed (which said adjoining premises were shown edged green on the said plan) to be used for any purpose which might constitute a danger to the premises thereby conveyed but that provision should not preclude such adjoining or neighbouring premises from being used for the erection of private dwellinghouses or shops or for such light industrial purposes as might be approved in writing by the Purchaser."
