No such building shall at any time be hereafter used for any purpose than as private dwellinghouses and private garages without the written consent of the Vendor having been previously obtained. All such buildings shall be of brick and pebble dashed or brick or stone and slated or tiled. (2) No poultry or pigeons shall be kept on the plot of land hereby conveyed without the written consent of the Vendor or the persons claiming under him having been previously obtained and the Purchaser shall not permit or suffer thereon any nuisance or disturbance or anything likely so to be to the annoyance or detriment of the adjoining property or the occupiers thereof."
