What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 22 May 1936 made between (1) Sidney Shackleton (Vendor) and (2) Frank Armistead (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser for himself and his successors in title hereby covenants with the Vendor and his successors in title as follows:- (1) That he will not erect on the land hereby conveyed at any time any buildings other than detached or semi-detached dwellinghouses or bungalows with or without private garages and no dwellinghouse or bungalow shall be erected nearer to Tibicar Drive East aforesaid than the Building Line shewn on the said plan. No such building shall at any time be hereafter used for any purpose than as private dwellinghouses and private garages without the written consent of the Vendor having been previously obtained. All such buildings shall be of brick and pebble dashed or brick or stone and slated or tiled. (2) No poultry or pigeons shall be kept on the plot of land hereby conveyed without the written consent of the Vendor or the persons claiming under him having been previously obtained and the Purchaser shall not permit or suffer thereon any nuisance or disturbance or anything likely so to be to the annoyance or detriment of the adjoining property or the occupiers thereof."
