What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 24 February 1933 made between (1) Edward Fisher Peat and Joseph William Edmund Dickson (Vendors) and (2) Elsie Ivy Bramham (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendors that she the Purchaser and her successors in title will observe and perform the stipulations set out in the Schedule hereto but so that the obligation of the present covenant shall be personally binding upon the Purchaser and her successors in title only during the time of her or their seisin of or title to the land hereby assured. ......................................................................... THE SCHEDULE BEFORE REFERRED TO 1. Not more than one private dwellinghouse with outbuildings shall be erected on the plot of land hereby conveyed and the same shall cost not less than Nine hundred pounds and detailed plans and elevations thereof shall be submitted to and approved by the Vendors Surveyor before building operations are commenced. 2. No house or building to be erected on the said plot of land shall be used except as and for a private residence only or as the residence of a Practitioner in Medicine or Surgery and not for any trade or business whatsoever and no signs or advertisements shall be exhibited on any wall or building or other structure standing on the said land. 3. The building line shall not be less than forty five feet from Newton Drive and the space between the building line and the palisade line shall be used for the purpose of an ornamental garden and approaches and for no other purpose whatsoever and space of not less than ten feet in width shall be left between the gable ends of any dwellinghouse erected on the said land and the Easterly and Westerly boundaries. 4. The Purchaser shall prior to erecting any dwllinghouse on the said land or as soon as the erection of dwellinghouses on the adjoining land on the East and West sides shall be commenced erect a palisade wall not less than three feet six inches in height between the points A.B. B.C. and A.D. on the plan hereupon endorsed such division walls and fences shall be built to one equal half in width thereof upon each of the respective adjoining lots and shall belong to the respective adjoining owners in divided halves subject to mutual rights of user and support. The said walls shall as far as possible be of a uniform type and constructed of uniform materials to be approved of by the Vendors Surveyor and the Purchaser shall be repaid by the adjoining owner or owners one equal half of the cost (to be certified in case of dispute by the Vendors Surveyor whose decision shall be binding) of all such walls and fences so built and thereafter such walls and fences shall become party walls and fences and repaired at the joint expense of the adjoining owners."
