What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 8 December 1930 made between (1) Thomas Sumner, Alice Sumner, Martha Sumner and Mary Coupe (2) Richard James Cross and (3) Margaret Ann Helme (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "FOR the benefit of the Vendors estate at Broughton aforesaid or the part thereof for the time being remaining unsold and so as to bind the property hereby conveyed the Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendor that the the Purchaser and her successors in title will at all times hereafter observe and perform the agreements and restrictions contained in the first schedule hereto THE FIRST SCHEDULE 1. The Purchaser shall forthwith fence off with a post and rail fence sufficient to turn cattle sheep and poultry and all along the southerly and easterly sides respectively of the land hereby conveyed and the Purchaser and her successors in title shall at all times thereafter maintain and keep such fence in good and efficient state and condition 2. No other buildings than two private dwellinghouses with the usual and necessary outbuildings including private garage for use in connection with the said dwellinghouses shall be erected on the said plot of land and each such dwellinghouse shall front Whittingham Lane and shall be of not less annual value than thirty pounds and the front building line shall be set back at least twenty five feet from the existing fence between the said plot of land and Whittingham Lane and the space between such fence and the building line shall always be left open and unbuilt upon and be used as ornamental garden ground only A space of least six feet in width shall be left open and unbuilt upon between the more easterly of the said two dwellinghouses and any outbuildings belonging thereto and the easterly boundary of the said plot of land 3. No dwellinghouse or other building or erection whatsoever shall be erected on the said plot of land unless the plans drawings elevations thereof shall have been previously submitted to and approved in writing by the Vendor" NOTE: The southerly and easterly boundaries referred to are the southerly and easterly boundaries of the land in this title.
