What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 19 November 1964 made between (1) George Taylor (Vendor) and (2) Leonard Frankland (Contractors) Limited (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- FOR the benefit of the adjoining property of the Vendor known as Old Laws Estate and so as to bind the land hereby conveyed the Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendor and the persons deriving title under him (but so that the Purchaser shall not be liable for a breach of this covenant carrying on or in respect of the property hereby conveyed or any part thereof after the Purchaser shall have parted with all its interests therein (i) that the Purchaser and its successors and assigns will not at any time hereafter do anything on the said land or any part thereof which may be regarded by the Vendor as noisy objectionable offensive or detrimental to the neighbourhood and that no building erected or to be erected on the said plot of land shall be used for any other purpose than a private dwellinghouse or dwellinghouses with suitable outbuildings thereto provided nevertheless that nothing in this clause contained shall prevent the Purchaser from proceeding with the erection of dwellinghouses and bungalows on the said plot of land.
