What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 6 December 1991 made between (1) The Secretary Of State For Health (Vendor) and (2) Thomas Woods (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendor to the intent that the burden of this covenant may run with and bind the property hereby conveyed and every part thereof into whosesoever hands the same may come and to the intent that the benefit thereof may be annexed to and run with the Vendor's retained and adjoining land and every part thereof not to use or allow suffer or permit to be used the property hereby conveyed for any use or purpose other than domestic residential" The Deed dated 7 February 1994 referred to above contains the following covenant:- "THE Grantor with intent to bind the Easement Land and (so far as the same is affected by the stipulations and restrictions in this clause contained) the adjoining land of the Grantor into whosoever hands the same may come and for the benefit and protection of the underground electric lines and the undertaking and electricity distribution system of the Grantee HEREBY COVENANTS with the Grantee that the Grantor and those deriving title under the Grantor shall at all times hereafter observe and perform the following stipulations and restrictions:- (a) To keep the Easement Land forever hereafter open and unbuilt upon (b) Not to alter the level of the Easement Land from that existing at the date hereof (c) That nothing shall be done or suffered to be done by the Grantor its servants or agents upon the Easement Land or the said adjoining property of the Grantor which may in any way interfere with or damage the said underground electric lines." A Transfer of the land in this title dated 10 June 1994 made between (1) Kingston Developments (Preston) Limited and (2) John Barrow and Pamela Barrow contains restrictive covenants.
