And that all houses to be erected on the said plot of land should front Claremont Road and there should not be carried on in any building the sale of ale beer wine or spirituous liquors or any trade business or manufactory should produce more smoke noise or smell than any ordinary dwellinghouses or be considered by the said George Watkinson the Younger his heirs or assigns inconvenient or detrimental to the neighbourhood. AND that no stable cowhouse or pigstye should be erected on the said plot of land AND that no building erected on the said plot of land should be used as a public dancing room ......................................................................... AND that no buildings should be erected on the said plot of land of less than 2 stories high and the groundfloor storey should be 10 feet high at the least and the upper stories 9 feet high at the least. |
