What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 3 May 1899 made between (1) Thomas Gardner Thompson (2) Thomas Gardner Thompson the younger (Vendor) and (3) Edward Thompson (Purchaser) contains the following restrictive stipulations:- "The Purchaser shall be at liberty to build upon the said plot of land not more than fifteen dwellinghouses with the usual outoffices thereto every such dwellinghouse shall (a) be built with brick or stone slate and other good materials in a good and substantial and workmanlike manner (b) be when completed of not less value than One hundred and fifty pounds (exclusive of the cost of the site) (c) have a stone front approved by the Vendors or their Surveyors (d) be built according to the building lines shown on the said plan and marked building line and (e) face to Olive Road aforesaid No building other than such dwellinghosues and the outoffices thereto shall at any time hereafter be erected upon the said plot of land without the consent in writing of the Vendors. ......................................................................... No dwellinghouse shall be erected upon the said plot of land of less than two storeys high and no building shall be used for any purpose which may cause any disagreeable smell or which may be noisy noisome or detrimental to the neighbourhood. NOTE 1: No copy of the plan referred to above was supplied on first registration NOTE 2: No copy of the covenant to observe the said restrictive stipulations was supplied on first registration.
