(Blackpool) Limited contains the following covenants:- "FOR the benefit and protection of the Vendor's adjoining land and every part thereof and so as to bind so far as may be the land hereby transferred into whosesoever hands the same may come the Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendor that the Purchaser and those deriving title under it will at all times hereafter observe and perform the following restrictions and stipulations:- (a) Not (without the written consent of the Vendor) to execute any street works or lay any drains and sewers on the land hereby transferred except such streetworks sewers and drains as shall be precisely in accordance with plans approved by the Local Authority. (b) To provide access to and construct roads and sewers to the northerly and easterly boundaries of the land hereby transferred so as to allow the adjoining land to be developed and to construct sufficiently to allow of vehicular access the said roads and sewers within a period of eighteen months from the date hereof." A Transfer of the land in this title dated 14 March 1974 made between (1) Irving Bros. (Blackpool) Limited and (2) Brian Eric Brandwood contains restrictive covenants. NOTE: Original filed.
