What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 5 April 1900 made between (1) Henry Hogarth Holmes and (2) Edward Gerard Wilkinson and William Wilkinson contains the following restrictive covenants:- No building other than good and substantial dwellinghouses or shops (including licensed premises) with the usual offices thereto should be built upon the said land or any building erected thereon and no use at any time thereafter should be made of the said land or any building erected thereon for any purpose which might cause any disagreeable or noxious smell or more smoke than an ordinary dwellinghouse or which might be noisy noisome or detrimental to the neighbourhood and no building should be used for keeping cattle pigs sheep or poultry Every dwellinghouse or shop erected on the land thereby conveyed should front to one or other of the streets (not including back roads) shewn on the said plan and not otherwise and should be of not less width than was marked on the said plan for the houses or shops fronting each particular streets no window light or other opening should be made or permitted in any building erected on the land thereby conveyed so as to directly overlook the remaining land of the Vendor thereby conveyed without a distance of 36 feet from the boundary of the land thereby conveyed and no window or other opening in any building erected on the land thereby conveyed should prevent or interfere with the Vendor building on any part of his said remaining land in such manner as if such window light or other opening did not exist or should be the subject of any claim for damage or interference with the access of light or air thereto No building should be erected on the land thereby conveyed in such manner that the back thereof should stand towards the said remaining land of the Vendor The Vendor shall have full and free right to make such windows lights or other openings overlooking the land thereby conveyed in any buildings erected or to be thereafter erected on his said remaining land to enjoy the same unobserved save by any buildings which might be erected on the land thereby conveyed in accordance with the conditions thereinbefore contained NOTE: No copy of the Conveyance plan referred to or the covenant to observe the said restrictive stipulations were supplied on first registration.
