THE SCHEDULE hereinbefore referred to. ......................................................................... That no building or erection whatsoever shall be hereafter erected on the said plot of land nearer the Easterly and Westerly boundary than Seven feet within a distance of Fifty Five feet of Lonsdale Avenue (East) aforesaid. That the space between the building line shewn on the said plan and Lonsdale Avenue (East) aforesaid shall never hereafter be built upon without the Vendor's consent in writing except where used for bay windows steps or porticoes provided that such bay windows steps or porticoes shall not project more than three feet in front of the said building line. That no building erected or to be erected on the said plot of land shall be used for a shop or warehouse or for any trade or business or for the keeping of poultry of for any purpose which may be a nuisance or annoyance or which may cause any disagreeable smell or which may be noisy noisome or detrimental to the neighbourhood. That the Purchaser shall not erect any boundary walls or spite boards to exceed Five feet in height without the consent in writing of the Vendor such height to be measured from the garden path immediately opposite the fence."
