THE SCHEDULE hereinbefore referred to. ......................................................................... That no building or erection whatsoever shall be hereafter erected on the said plot of land nearer the Easterly and Westerly boundary than Seven feet within a distance of Fifty Five feet of Lonsdale Avenue (East) aforesaid. That the space between the building line shewn on the said plan and Lonsdale Avenue (East) aforesaid shall never hereafter be built upon without the Vendor's consent in writing except where used for bay windows steps or porticoes provided that such bay windows steps or porticoes shall not project more than three feet in front of the said building line.
