What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 21 December 1959 made between (1) Sir Lindsay Parkinson & Co Limited (Vendor) (2) Bingley Building Society (Mortgagee) and (3) Catherine Elizabeth Crook (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE Purchaser for herself and all persons deriving title under her hereby covenants with the Vendor to observe and perform at all times hereafter the said covenants and conditions in the Schedule hereto contained." THE SCHEDULE referred to 1. NO building erected on the land hereby conveyed shall be used as a club public dancing room or public place of amusement or convalescent home nor for the sale of any ale beer wine or spirituous liquors nor for any manufactory nor for the keeping or breeding of animals birds or poultry of any description except the keeping of the usual domestic dog cat or bird. 2. THE space between the building lines and palisade lines of the land hereby conveyed shall for ever be kept open and unbuilt upon except for bay windows steps or porticoes which may project not more than three feet from the line of the fronts of the buildings and the space should be enclosed with palisades of a height and design to be approved of by the Vendor or its Surveyor. 3. THAT no alterations or additions (including a garage or outhouses which shall be built in conformity with Local building bye-Laws) to the external parts of the said property shall hereafter be made except such as shall have been first approved of as to design and materials in writing by the Vendor."
