THE SCHEDULE referred to 1. NO building erected on the land hereby conveyed shall be used as a club public dancing room or public place of amusement or convalescent home nor for the sale of any ale beer wine or spirituous liquors nor for any manufactory nor for the keeping or breeding of animals birds or poultry of any description except the keeping of the usual domestic dog cat or bird. 2.
