What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 13 September 1968 made between (1) Leyland Construction Company Limited (Vendor) and (2) George Michael Adamson and Judith Elizabeth Adamson (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "THE PURCHASERS for the benefit of the Vendor's said Estate at Fulwood aforesaid and with intent to bind themselves and their successors in title owners and occupiers for the time being of the property hereby conveyed hereby jointly and severally covenant with the Vendor as follows:- (i) No hoarding or other erection advertisement or notice shall at any time be erected or placed or suffered to be upon any part of the property hereby conveyed other than such as relate to the selling or letting of the property (ii) No poultry, pigeons or pigs shall at any time be allowed or suffered to be upon any part of the property hereby conveyed (iii) The Purchasers shall for ever hereafter maintain and repair whenever the same shall be necessary the boundary walls and fences marked 'T' on the said plan hereupon endorsed" NOTE: T' marks affect the south western and North western boundaries of the land in this title.
