What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 3 September 1909 made between (1) William Henry Pickles and Susannah Smith (2) Charles Denison Collinson (3) Henry Frederick Hartman (4) Sarah Ann Carter and (5) Amos Chippindale (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- The Purchaser for himself and his assigns thereby covenanted with the Vendors and their assigns that they the covenanting parties respectively would observe the following stipulations so far as the same were to be observed by the covenanting parties respectively and their respective assigns (that was to say) - (a) No noisy noisome or offensive trade should be carried on in any building of which any part should be erected upon the piece of land containing 18 acres and 16 perches conveyed by the first proposal Indenture and should be within 90 feet of Balmoral Road as shewn on the plan referred to in the second schedule hereto (b) All dwellinghouses or any buildings other than outbuildings connected with dwellinghouses erected on any part of the said piece of land containing 18 acres and 16 perches fronting to or abutting on Balmoral Road should be of the annual value of £20 at least excluding rates. (c) No building should be erected on any part of the said piece of land containing 18 acres and 16 perches within a distance of 40 feet from the centre of Balmoral Road.
