What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance of the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land dated 3 July 1922 made between (1) Mary Isabella Bailey and others (Vendors) and (2) Ernest Nuttall (Purchaser) contains the following covenants : THE Purchaser on electing to build upon the said plot of land shall build thereon with brick or stone slate and other good materials only and shall on the part edged blue on the said plan erect only good and substantial dwellinghouses of not less minimum value than £800. each exclusive of land such houses to be detached or semi-detached and be set back not less than 30 feet from the line of any proposed road and nothing shall be erected on such 30 feet other than fence walls porticoes bay windows or steps. The plans elevation and site of all buildings and boundary walls to be erected on the said part edged blue on the said plan shall be approved in writing by the Vendors or their Surveyors and no dwellinghouse or buildings erected on the said part edged blue shall be used for any other purpose than private dwellinghouses and no boundary wall or fence erected or planted by the purchaser shall exceed 6 feet in height from the present ground level. NOTE: The land edged blue referred to includes the land in this title. By a Deed dated 17 March 1997 made between (1) Stanley William Rainbow and Angela Brett Blackhall (the Covanantee) and (2) Ruby Evelyn Clarke and others (the Covenantor) the covenants referred to in the Conveyance dated 3 July 1922 referred to above were expressed to be released in the following terms: the Covenantee but only to the extent to which the Covenantee has power to do so releases the Covenantor and the premises from the covenant. NOTE: The premises referred to comprises the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land.
