Robinson & Sons (Morecambe) Limited (the Company) contains the following covenants:- THE Company thereby covenanted with the Vendors that the Company and its successors in title would at all times thereafter duly observe and perform the said conditions contained in the said First Schedule thereto THE FIRST SCHEDULE before referred to 1. The Company should observe the building line shown on the said plan 2. So much of the said plot of land thereby conveyed as formed part of Woodlands Drive aforesaid should forever therefter remain open and unbuilt upon as and for such road or drive 3. The Company should at its own expense culvert or pipe the dyke along the easterly boundary of the said plot of land thereby conveyed in accordance with the requirements of the Morecambe and Heysham Corporation 4. The Company and its successors in title should not become entitled to any right to the free passage of light or air over the Vendors' adjoining or neighbouring land and all the privileges in respect of light or air over such land should be deemed to be so enjoyed by the license or consent of the Vendors and not as of right 5. All dwellinghouses bungalows or buildings to be erected on the said plot of land thereby conveyed and out-offices (if any) thereto should be built of brick or stone slate or other good materials in a good and substantial and workmanlike manner provided always that nothing therein contained should prevent the erection of a greenhouse or of private garages for use in connection with each such dwellinghouse bungalow or building 6. No hotel public house beer-shop or shop should be erected on any part of the said plot of land thereby conveyed nor should the sale of ale beer wine spirits or other alcoholic liquors take place thereon or any part thereof nor should any part thereof be used or occupied as a fried fish or chipped potato shop or for any purpose which might be noisome objectionable or detrimental to the neighbourhood. NOTE: The building line referred to in clause 1 is set back 20 feet from Woodlands Drive.
