What are the restrictive covenants on the property?                                                                                                  A Conveyance dated 4 July 1956 made between (1) Cleveleys Hydro Limited (Vendors) and (2) Magee Marshall and Company Limited contains the following covenants by the Vendor:- "FOR the benefit and protection of the land hereby conveyed or any part or parts thereof and so as to bind so far as may be the adjoining or neighbouring land of the Vendors within the green boundary lines on the said plan and any and every part thereof into whosesoever hands the same may come the Vendors hereby covenant with the Purchasers that the Vendors and the persons deriving title under them will at all times hereafter observe and perform the stipulations following:- That they the Vendors and their successors in title will not use their said adjoining or neighbouring land within the green boundary lines on the said plan or any part or parts thereof or any buildings or erections thereon or suffer or permit the same to be used for the sale of ale beer stout porter cider wine or spirituous liquors to be consumed either on or off the premises". NOTE: No copy of the Conveyance plan was supplied on first registration. A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 25 October 1961 made between (1) The Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Blackpool and (2) William French contains restrictive covenants and reservations.
