THE FIRST SCHEDULE before referred to. 1. The dwellinghouse hereby conveyed shall be used and occupied as a private dwellinghouse only and no trade industry or business of any description shall be carried on therein or upon the said plot or land. 2. No building or erection of any kind shall be set up on the said plot of land without the consent in writing of the Vendor and the open space between the building line shown on the said plan and the said road shall never hereafter be built upon. 3. The Purchaser shall not do or cause to be done anything on the said property which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighbourhood and in particular shall not keep any poultry or livestock of any kind upon the said premises. 4. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to any right of access of light or air to any building erected on the said plot of land which would restrict or interfere with the free user of any other part of the Vendor's adjoining land for building or any other purpose. 5. The Vendor shall be at liberty (without compensation to the Purchaser for any interruption thereby of the rights of road hereby granted) to lay gas electricity and water mains and sewers at any time in or under the streets and roads shown on the said plan and also to do any work required to be done in connection with the said streets and roads or any main sewer or sewers in or under the same. 6. The Vendor reserves the right to deal with the remainder of his estate in such manner as he may think fit and to sell the same either with or without conditions as to user buildings to be erected thereon roads sewers drains or otherwise as he shall think fit and he shall not be in any way restricted by this Conveyance except as to anything hereby expressly agreed to be done."
