The following are details of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 18 July 1930 referred to in the Charges Register:- "The Purchaser hereby covenants with the Vendor that he the Purchaser and the persons deriving title under him will henceforth duly observe and perform the conditions stipulations and restrictions set out in the first Schedule hereto THE FIRST SCHEDULE before referred to 3 The Purchaser shall not be entitled to any easement or right of light air or otherwise which would restrict or interfere with the free use of any adjoining or neighbouring land of the Vendor for building or other purposes 4 The Vendor reserves for himself and his successors in title the right to vary from time to time the conditions as to user and lay-out of any other portion or portions of his adjoining or neighhouring land forming the same estate as the property hereby conveyed and also the right to sell any of his said adjoining or neighbouring land free from the stipulations and conditions or any of them 5 Without the express license in writing of the Vendor or his successors in title no trade or business of any description (except that of a Solicitor or Physician or Surgeon) shall be carried on upon any portion of the property hereby conveyed nor shall the same be used for the keeping of poultry nor for any purpose which may be a nuisance or detrimental to the neighbourhood or for any other purposes whatsoever than that of a private dwellinghouse and its adjuncts and no wooden erection of any description not erected at the date of this deed shall be erected upon the plot of land hereby conveyed Provided always that the Purchaser may erect or brick built garage upon the said plot of land a plan of such garage to be submitted to and approved of by the Vendor's Surveyor 6 So much of the land hereby conveyed as lies between the palisade Wall and the front of the house shall be kept open as lawn or ornamental garden"
