A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 1 February 1933 made between (1) John Rawcliffe (Vendor) and (2) The Whitegate Brick Company Limited contains the following covenants:- The Company thereby COVENANT with the Vendor and the persons deriving title under him that the Company their successors and assigns would at all times thereafter duly observe and perform the said conditions provisions reservations stipulations and agreements contained in the said Schedule thereunder written. ...................................................................... THE SCHEDULE thereinbefore referred to The Company should not use the said lands or any buildings to be erected thereon for the purpose of any noisy noisome or noxious trade business or manufactory or for any other purpose which should in the opinion of the Vendor be detrimental to the neighbourhood. ......................................................................
