NOTE: The Executors Retained land referred to does not affect the land in this title The New Sewers referred to means (a) a new surface water sewer (b) new foul and surface water sewers and (c) the realignment of the existing foul sewer all beneath the surface of the land in this title. The New Works referred to means any manholes inspection chambers ancillary structures and associated equipment along the line or lines of the New Sewers on beneath or adjoining the land in this title.
