A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 7 August 1956 made between (1) Thomas Priestley Lister and others (Vendors) (2) Alec William Ormerod (Purcchaser) and (3) The Ormerod Development Company Limited (Company) contains the following covenants:- WITH the intent and so as to bind so far as is practicable the land thereby conveyed or any part thereof into whosesoever hands the same might come (but not so as to be personally liable after they had parted with all interest therein) the Company thereby covenanted with the Vendors that the Company would not cause or permit any building to be erected on the plots of land thereby conveyed or any part thereof other than private dwellinghouses with the usual outbuildings and outoffices thereto belonging and that none of such dwellinghouse should be used for carrying on any trade or business whatsoever.
