The land is subject to such restrictive covenants as may have been imposed thereon before 5 July 1948 and are still subsisting and capable of being enforced. A Transfer of the land in this title and other land dated 20 February 1997 made between (1) The Secretary of State For Health (Transferor) and (2) Raven Close Nominees Limited (Transferee) contains the following covenants:- "6 Transferee's Covenants The Transferee hereby covenants with the Transferor to the intent that the burden of this covenant may run with and bind the Property and every part thereof into whosoever's hands the same may come and to the intent that the benefit thereof may be annexed to and run with the Transferor's retained and adjoining Land at Lancaster Moor Hospital and every part thereof as follows:- 6.1 Not to take water from or contaminate the Reservoir 6.2 Not to block or cause any obstruction on the Shared Road." A Transfer of the land in this title and other land dated 20 February 1997 made between (1) Raven Close Nominees Limited (Transferor) and (2) M J Gleeson Group Plc (Transferee) contains covenants details of which are set out in the schedule of restrictive covenants hereto.
