A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 16 August 1961 made between (1) Frederick Fisher and John Law (Vendors) (2) Neil Price and Victor Price and(3) S. Kelly & Bros Limited (Sub-Purchasers) contains the following covenants:- THE Sub Purchaser with the intent to bind so far as the law allowed all the successive owners for the time being of the property thereby conveyed as well as the Sub-Purchaser but not so as to render the Sub-Purchaser personally liable after the Sub-Purchaser should have parted with the said property thereby COVENANTED with the Vendors to observe and perform the covenants and restrictions contained in the First Schedule thereto THE FIRST SCHEDULE thereinbefore referred to 1. No building erected on the said plot of land shall be used for any purpose than a private dwellinghouse with the usual outoffices thereto and no trade or business shall be carried on therein whatsoever Provided that the Vendors shall have no objection to a professional man or woman maintaining a brass plate indicating his or her profession outside the property ..... 4. No stall booth shed or any table board or any other structure for the purpose of selling or exposing for sale goods of any kind whatsoever shall be set up on any part of the said plot of land by the Sub-Purchaser or its successors in title or by any other person or persons by its or their permission and no poultry or pigeons shall be kept thereon. A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 16 December 1963 made between (1) S. Kelly & Bros. Limited and (2) Robert Albert McNulty and Irmgard Erika Emma McNulty contains restrictive covenants.
