No dwellinghouse shall be erected upon the said plot of land of less than two storeys high and no building shall be used for any purpose which may cause any disagreeable smell or which may be noisy noisome or detrimental to the neighbourhood. NOTE 1: No copy of the plan referred to above was supplied on first registration NOTE 2: No copy of the covenant to observe the said restrictive stipulations was supplied on first registration.
