A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 30 June 1934 made between (1) William Smith Paget-Tomlinson and others (Vendors) and (2) William Sanders (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- COVENANTS by the Purchaser for himself and the persons deriving title under him with the Vendors as followed:- .........................................................................
