A Conveyance of the land tinted blue on the filed plan and other land dated 21 December 1923 made between (1) Tom Wall (Vendor) and (2) James Harrison (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- COVENANT by the Purchaser for himself his heirs and assigns with the Vendor his heirs executors administrators and assigns that he the Purchaser his heirs and assigns would observe and perform the covenants conditions reservations and restrictions set forth in the said First Schedule thereunder written.
