By a Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 12 July 1973 made between (1) Edward Harold Leigh, William Hollins Holland, Robert Holt Wiseman and William Simpson Huck (Vendors) and (2) Michael Francis Mullarkey (Purchaser) the land was conveyed subject as follows:- "The property hereby conveyed is conveyed subject to all rights covenants and conditions that may be contained or referred to in a Deed of Release dated the Thirtieth day of July 1947 and made between William Bailey Bradley and Alf Bradley (1) Mary Bradley (2) the said Alf Bradley (3) and the said William Bailey Bradley (4) and not herein more particularly set out and relate to or affect the property hereby conveyed and subject also to :- (i) to and with the benefit of a Wayleave agreement dated the fifth day of May 1932 made between E G Hothersall & Sons Limited and the Preston County Borough Council (ii) to and with the benefit of an Agreement for Wayleave dated first May 1939 and made between the said William Bailey Bradley (1) and the Mayor Alderman and Burgesses of the Borough of Preston (2) (iii) to and with the benefit of a Memorandum of Consent dated the Twenty fifth day of July 1963 by the said William Bailey Bradley to the North Western Electricity Board so far as the same respectively relate to or affect the property hereby conveyed (iv) and with the benefit of the covenants contained in a Conveyance of the Twenty eighth day of June 1971 and between the said William Bradley (1) National Westminster Bank Limited (2) and Lancashire County Council (3) and subject as to the whole of the property to all such rights of way as the public may have over the property conveyed" NOTE: None of the above deeds were supplied on first registration.
