A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 29 September 1932 made between (1) Bertie Howarth and others (vendors) (2) the Hollinwood Building Company Limited and (3) Harold Boothby Pownall (purchaser) contains the following covenants:- "COVENANTS by purchaser for himself and the persons deriving title under him with the Vendors and the persons deriving title under them ..... that no building should be erected upon the said land thereby conveyed except according to plans previously approved by the Vendors No building or erection should be built or erection upon the said land thereby conveyed other than good and substantial dwellinghouses of an annual letting value of not less than £30 each ..... No building or structure fronting any road or proposed road should be erected otherwise than on the lines for building marked on the said plans or so as to extend beyond such building lines except for steps bay windows canopies and porticoes which should not project more than 3 feet beyond the said building lines." NOTE: A 15 foot building line affects the land in this title. A Conveyance dated 13 June 1934 made between (1) Harold Boothby Pownall the several parties of the 2nd to 5th parts and (2) Emily Turner contains restrictive covenants.
