A Conveyance of the land in this title and other land dated 30 December 1899 made between (1) The Furness Railway Company (Company) and (2) John Caird and Jeanie Simpson Caird (Purchasers) contains covenants of which the following are particulars:- AND the Purchasers hereby covenant with the Company that without the consent in writing of the Company there shall not any time hereafter be in or upon the land hereby conveyed or any part thereof any erection or building other than dwellinghouses or shops which if completed at the date hereof would be of the respective weekly values of Eight shillings and upwards and that the Purchasers their heirs and assigns will not use or permit to be used the said land or any building for the time being standing thereon for any other purpose than dwellinghouses or shops of the respective weekly values aforesaid And further that the said land hereby conveyed shall not without such consent as aforesaid be laid out and used for building purposes otherwise than in the manner shewn upon the plan drawn on these presents And further that the frontage of any buildings erected upon the said land and fronting on St. Andrews Street shall be according to the frontage line marked DE upon the said plan PROVISO that the covenant by the Purchasers therein contained should run with and be forever annexed to the said land and hereditaments thereby conveyed and should be forever thereafter observed by the owner or owners and tenant or tenants for the time being of the said land and hereditaments or any part thereof provided that neither the Purchasers nor any future owner of the said land and hereditaments or any part thereof should be personally liable after he or they should have parted with the ownership of the said land and hereditaments NOTE: Copy plan filed.
