A Conveyance of the land tinted pink on the title plan dated 30 April 1960 made between (1) Robert Douglas Leigh Pemberton (Vendor) (2) Charles Leigh Pemberton and Charles Adam Leigh Pemberton (Trustees) and (3) Fred Rose Limited (Purchaser) contains covenants details of which are set out in the schedule of restrictive covenants hereto. By a Deed dated 15 February 1979 made between (1) Anthony Forbes and others (Covenantees) and (2) Enid Mary Butler (Covenantor) the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 30 April 1960 referred to above were expressed to be released. A copy of the terms of the release is set out in the Schedule hereto The land is subject to the rights granted by a Deed of Grant dated 29 October 2007 made between (1) Wainhomes (North West) Limited and (2) United Utilities Electricity Limited.
