A Conveyance of the land in this title dated 24 June 1959 made between (1) Matthews & Turner Limited and (2) Derek Mills and Eileen Mills (Purchaser) contains the following covenants:- The Purchasers for themselves and the persons deriving title under them hereby further jointly and severally covenant with the Company and its successors in title that the said property hereby conveyed shall not nor shall any part thereof at any time hereafter be used for any purpose other than as a private dwellinghouse and no part of the said property shall be used for advertising purposes (except that a nameplate indicating the name and occupation of the occupier may be fixed on the wall near to the front door entrance of the said property such nameplate to be comprised of such material and be of such dimensions as shall be previously approved of in writing by the Company) or for the keeping of pigs poultry or pigeons and no building or erections of any kind shall be built erected or placed on the said plot of land or any part thereof nor any alterations or additions be made to the present buildings without the consent in writing of the Company. By the Conveyance dated 24 June 1959 referred to above the land was conveyed subject as follows:- SUBJECT to a Deed of Grant dated the Ninth day of February One thousand nine hundred and fifty made between William Frederick Betney of the one part and North Western Gas Board of the other part. NOTE: No evidence of the Deed of Grant dated 9 February 1950 referred to above was supplied on first registration.
